There are 2 p/t time positions, 1 has been vacant since October 2018. We need to determine if this should be a f/t position or post for a second p/t driver o PRF Discussion Discussion on eliminating the requirement for PRF with all PCF's. PRF's should be required for creating a new position, re-scoring a position and funding approval. PRF's have already been approved for replacing an employee. o Offer Letter Discussion o PCF Form Revision Discussion Discussion to adopt new PCF. It is imperative that there is a hire/effective date on the PCF. At present, the intent is that the PCF is not effective until it is approved by all boards. The effective date is necessary for retirement calculations, retro calculations, accrual calculations, step increases as well as benefit start dates. I have attached a user-friendly PCF form that includes all the required information for all users involved. o Personnel Flowchart Review/Discussion Discussion to review/distribute a Personnel Flowchart on PRF and PCF procedures o Benefit Policy The Treasurer's office would like to include the Benefit Policy in the Personnel Rules and Regulations Adjourn Respectfully Submitted by Arthur Lawrence, Chairman PPPB
