7:35 pm Continuation of a Public Hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Phillip MacDougall to convert a breezeway into mud room and convert single car garage to two car with two level addition and remove three dead trees and maintain southern part of property at 28 Winthrop Street.

7:45 pm Public Hearing on a request to Amend an Order of Conditions filed by Lewis Spence to amend an Order of Conditions for the construction of a single family home to add the construction of a natural pool at 19 Soginese Rd.

8:00 pm Public Hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Helen Brown to remove trees and regrade within the 100' wetland buffer zone at 12 Choate St.
