7:35 Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Janet Carlson-Freed to restore and repair an existing barn turning 90° and moving 20' and installing a foundation at 24 Apple Street.
7:45 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Suzanne Winslow to perform soil remediation in a former drum disposal area to meet Mass Contingency Plan and Toxic Substance Control Act requirements for remediation of oil and/or hazardous waste at 7 Essex Park Road.
8:00 pm Public hearing on a request to Amend an Order of Conditions issued to remove existing cottage and construct new cottage with installation of a new septic tank and water service at 24 Cogswell Road.
8:05 pm Public hearing on a Request to Determine Applicability filed by Kevin and Bradley Cooke to replace an existing on-grade wood deck with an exposed concrete patio adjacent to pool at 54 Martin Street.
