The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the T.O.H.P. Burnham Public Library at 245 Western Avenue. Michael Burke, Chairman Draft Hearings: 7:35 pm Continuation of a public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Essex Board of Selectmen to demolish the garage and erect a safety/security fence around the foundation at 5 Southern Avenue. The applicant has requested that this hearing be continued for an additional 90 days. 7:40 pm Continuation of a public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Coughlin of Gateway II Trust to construct a new dwelling, driveway, utilities, septic system and grading at Lot 3A Shea Court. 7:45 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Karoline Ryan to replace a failed cesspool with a 2000 gal tight tank at 46 Robbins Island Road. 7:55 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Jeff Calder to replace a failed cesspool with two 1000 gal "ledge" tight tanks at 34 Robbins Island Road. 8:00 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Andrew Pratt to replace a metal septic tank and overflow cesspool with two 1000 gal "ledge" tight tanks at 41 Robbins Island Road.
