Consider a
special permit for James T. Correia for the proposed
expansion/alteration of a claimed preexisting,
non-conforming historic use retail, boat
rental, restaurant and group events to include the
new buildings and structures located at 7/11
Fiskdale Road in Brookfield because the property
is a pre-existing, non-conforming lot in the Flood
Plain District and requires a special permit as per
section 6, Nonconforming Land Uses and Structures.
Consider a variance for Nicholas Thomo to build a three season room at the current dwelling located at 30 Allen Road in Brookfield because it is a pre-existing non-conforming property in the Village District and requires a variance because the side setback will be approximately 5 feet.
