  Quorum needed 4 Trustees.
  Review, edit minutes from November 9, 2015, motion by 
  Ratify Library payroll FY16 warrant dated, November 23, and December 7.  Motion by
  Ratify Library Expense FY16 warrant dated, November 9 and November 30.  Motion by
  Ratify Library Book FY16 warrant dated, November 10.  Motion by
  Estimate from John Gates is $8850 and $400 to fix gasket on other furnace. 
  Versailles Desk is back in the building!  With the 2 large tables put together we have a need to purchase 7 armless chairs from Spencer Furniture ($68 each)  Rotman’s, Wayfair and Bob’s ranged from $70-$78.  & chairs will be $476.  
  State Aid received $2596.61.  We also received our certificate from MBLC.
  Brian Turcotte completed the “important repointing” on the building, $2965.  He will complete the work he proposed in the spring.
