  Ratify Library Expense warrant dated October 5, 2015.  Motion by  , 2nd  , all in favor aye.
  Ratify Library Book warrants dated, November 9, 2015.  Motion by  , 2nd , all in favor aye.
  
  From Matt regarding furnace update:  Also, the plumber's wife? secretary? called and left a message. I returned that. He's going to get back to me maybe tomorrow about when a good time to come out might be, hopefully later this week.
   I gave her the library hours off the top of my head (1-8 Tu & Th; 11-5 W & F ?) and suggested he could come during those hours to talk to you or get a look and to call me if other evening or weekend hours might be better.
   She said he's interested in doing the job. (I explained the low oil and gas situation.)
  Fran White is unavailable until January 2016 for this project.  Matt called John Gates 413 774 9482.
  
  Other MBLC lines have been cut/or maybe cut and the assessment for FY17 will be $621 increase in our costs.  This includes the $300 for the SLIN grant we are being billed for this FY16.
  
  Special Town Meeting date is November 20, 7:00 p.m. at BES.
  
  Apple Country Fair:  Another successful fundraiser for the Friends of the Library.  Also,  Joel Bolshaw returned a book he had checked out in 1953 when Elsie Hooker was the Library Director.  He made a donation of $200 to the Friends of the Library.
