PUBLIC HEARING TUESDAY, 6 AUGUST 2019 LOWER TOWN HALl 1 SOUTH MAIN STREET 7:30 PM AGENDA In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the Lower Town Hall, 1 South Main Street Petersham, MA 01366 on the Notice of Intent by Sunpin Solar Development, LLC for construction of a 4.568-megawatt (MW) direct current (DC) ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) development project on property owned by Ralph Lapinskas on New Athol Road, Map 402 Lot 38-0. The cleared and fenced area of 14.4 acres for the ground-mounted solar photovoltaic will require construction of a 20-foot wide and approximately 1,150 feet long gravel access road with a wetland crossing and construction of a replication wetland of 3,335 square feet with installation of perimeter erosion controls for all construction areas. A copy of the Request for Determination of Applicability may be inspected prior to the public meeting at 3 South Main Street. All interested persons are invited to attend.
