CONSERVATION COMMISSION Notice of Public Meeting The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at the T.O.H.P Burnham Public Library at 245 Western Avenue. Wallace Bruce, Chairman DRAFT AGENDA The Commission will meet informally with representatives from the Board of Selectmen and the Conomo Point Planning Committee's Waterfront Access Improvement Subcommittee to discuss public waterfront access improvements. The Commission will review and discuss the use of a mobile slaughterhouse at 94 John Wise Avenue. Business: 1. Sign documents for hearings closed at last meeting (if any). 2. Review Requests for Certificates of Compliance (if any). 3. Distribute minutes from last meeting. 4. Approve minutes from meeting of March 1, 2016 5. Review mail/emails 6. Sign payroll and expense sheets 7. Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
