  Brookfield Adena Archaeology Project Kickoff: On Wednesday February 15 at 6 PM in the Town Hall, Eric Johnson UMASS director of archeology projects will provide an overview of the project. Brookfield and the area of the Quaboag has a rich history as a trading route, dating back least 3000 years.  All are 
  Woodland Management Program:  Opacum Land Trust is holding a program Thursday February 16 at 6:30PM at the Brookfield Congregational Church, 8 Common Street.
  The program will include several landowners who are actively managing their forests as “ambassadors,” along with a representative of the DCR Forest Stewardship program. For questions contact Ed Hood at 413-477-1061. 
  Tyler Wolanin, district aide to Sen. Anne Gobi, will be holding office hours at Brookfield Town Hall from 2 to 3 p.m., Tuesday, February 28th.  All are welcome.
