Michael Burke, Chairman Draft Agenda Hearings: 7:35 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Adam and Beth Bahret to replace an existing retaining wall at 18 Coral Hill Road. 7:40 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by Richard Cushing True to improve an existing dwelling, landscape enhancements, and installation of a sewage tight tank at 111 Conomo Point Road. Conservation Commission legal notices are published: (1) in print in the Gloucester Daily Times (www.gloucestertimes.com); (2) on the newspaper’s website, if it has one; and (3) on the Massachusetts Newspaper Publishers Association’s (MNPA) website (http://masspublicnotices.org). Business: *Review Request(s) for Certificate of Compliance (if any). *Sign documents for hearings closed at the last meeting (if any). *Approve minutes from meeting(s) of February 21, 2017. *Distribute minutes from last meeting. *Review mail/emails. *Sign payroll and expense sheets. *Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
