1-PUBLIC HEARING ND HAYES SOLAR DEVELOPMENT-RESCHEDULED
A-In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Orange Town Hall at 6 Prospect Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 beginning at 6:45 p.m. regarding a Special Permit [Orange Zoning Bylaw Section 2235] request by NB Development, LLC at 110A West Orange Road (Two parcels, identified as assessor’s parcels 227-11 & 228-4) for the construction of a 7.2 Megawatt ground-mounted solar array and related vehicular, utility and security infrastructure of the lots described above.  The array and related infrastructure will occupy approximately 41 acres of the 175-acre site.  The application may be reviewed at Town Hall, Community Development Office, during normal business hours of: M, T, Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00. 

B-In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. The array and related infrastructure will occupy approximately 22 acres of the 36-acre site.  The application may be reviewed at Town Hall, Community Development Office, during normal business hours of: M, T, Th: 8:00-12:30 & 1:00-4:30; W: 8:00-12:00 & 1:00-7:00.

2-Bill Jordon-Jordan Energy and Foods/Jefe Solar-introduction of proposed 56 RW Moore Drive, Orange, MA (Assessor’s Map 250 Lot 1) Solar project that has submitted application for special permit and site plan. Project Description- installation of 1,523,000 Kw ground mounted solar PV system. Construction of a 1,030 feet access driveway and the associated storm water systems.

b.	DISCUSSION OF SOLAR ON THE FIRST MEETING OF THE MONTH EVERY TIME. DISCUSSION OF SOLAR AND MJ ON SECOND MEETING OF MONTH EVERY TIME-review of proposed survey monkey, discussion of planning for future events to involve community in solar discussion and MJ zoning discussion-revisions and community involvement in process of revising zoning bylaw proposal. 
c.	Any issue not known to the chair prior to posting that is permissible by law to discuss.
