 Review, edit minutes from, Wednesday, October 16 at 6:30 p.m., 2017.   
Ratify Library payroll FY18 warrants dated October 19 and November 2, 2017.  
Ratify Library Expense FY18 warrants dated October 23, 2017.  
Ratify Library Book FY18 warrant dated October 23, 2017.  
Motion by  and 2nd , all voted to approve.
Rudy and Sarah Heller to discuss the sale of their home in Spring 2018.  The Trustees are interested in purchasing for Historic Collections processing and research center.  
The Friends of the Library now have their 501 (C) (3) #  Art and Elizabeth Jay will be making a $3000 donation to the Friends through their grant program at the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, December 2017.
Articles for the Special Town Meeting, Building Maintenance $7400 and Operating $1000 to comply with MBLC, Mass Law formula.  The STM not scheduled yet.  Karen suggested January after the audit is done on the accountants.
Gift and donation policy draft.  To be reviewed and edited during Monday, January 8, 2018 meeting.
