Town of Brookfield Selectmen's Agenda Brookfield Town Hall Tuesday, June 4, 2019 APPROVE WARRANTS APPROVE SELECTMEN’S MINUTES 4-26-19 ACKNOWLEDGE MINUTES AND REPORTS ROM OTHER DEPT ZBA minutes for 3-5-19; 3-19-19 ANNOUNCEMENTS The Brookfield Ecumenical Food Pantry is accepting donations at the Merrick Public Library whenever the library is open or at St. Mary’s Church, 4 Howard St. during distribution hours: Wednesday 9:30 - 11 am & Saturday 9:30 -11 am. The Brookfield Fire Battalion will be holding its annual Father’s Day Chicken Barbecue on Sunday, June 16. This is our big annual fundraiser, and we have been doing it since 1950. Tickets are available from department members, or by calling the station at 508-867-7306. For a $15 donation you get a barbecued half chicken, salad, dinner roll, baked potato, and an individual pie. Serving is from 12 noon until 1:30. All meals are packed to go, but there will be limited seating at the station if you want to eat there.
