•	The Essex Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing  on April 27, 2022 at 7:00 PM on a warrant article for the May 2,2022 Town Meeting. The article will be presented by Ruth Pereen, Chair of the Selectmen.
	         
                    Article 14: Amend Chapter VI of the Town’s Zoning Bylaws:

“Temporary Moratorium on Business and Industrial Conversions”. To extend the moratorium which was adopted at the Annual Town Meeting on May 21, 2021 for approximately seven months to January 1, 2024. No building permit shall be issued that results in a change of use from residential, open space, or vacant lot to Business use. This bylaw shall not apply in the newly-created Essex downtown District.
