1.	Approved the minutes of June 7, 2023 Trustees meeting.

2.	Library Director’s Report:

3.	New Business:  A Vote of the Board of Trustees will be required 
•	Assistant Youth Services Librarian (AYSL): This is the new position that, if approved, will take effect in mid-September. I copied the Youth Services Librarian job description, removed some of the duties and responsibilities that wouldn't apply to this position, and then added others. The added information is highlighted in yellow. 

•	Youth Services Librarian: Only some of the information in this position was edited to reflect the addition of the new AYSL position. Those edits are, again, in yellow. 


•	Technology Lending Policy: On page 6, I've added the video game consoles and controllers to the list of items that are available for checkout under this policy, highlighted in yellow.

•	Telescope, Launchpad, and Video Game Console User Agreement: Due to the price of these items that we are lending out, I would like patrons to sign this user agreement at each checkout, just as they do for other expensive technology. The addition of the game consoles is on page two in the green box and reflects the borrowing rules, overdue fines, and replacement costs if damaged or lost.
