  Susanne created an excel spreadsheet with the approved applicant's contact information.
   An appointment with Sharon was scheduled for help with the approval letters.
  Rise & Shine grant application was submitted & approved
  Followup with 2 outstanding grants from 2020. (Sue&Susanne)
  2021-2022 grant recipients were distributed to the council members. (total 32) for f/u.
  New Business:
  1). Assign council members the grantees for f/u.
  Since we are meeting virtually it will be easier if everyone took 8 grantees to mentor.  This will eliminate a lot of back and forth which can get confusing when having a virtual meeting. So, if Susanne can take the first 8 (starting with "Musical Souvenirs for Memory Loss"), then Sue the following 8 (starting with Virtual In-person & Hybrid Master Classes), followed by Harry taking the next 8 (starting with Art-light to Go), and I'll take the last 8 (starting with Rise & Shine).
  We should send them a letter introducing ourselves and letting them know that we're their contact person, should they have any questions.
  2).  ChainSaw sent a letter saying he plans on holding his event in March.  If anyone wants to attend, I'll send them the information.
  3).  We can discuss whether we want to table further discussions about fundraising until we can meet in person.
  4).  Misc.
