7PM Public comment Minutes 11/8, 12/6, 3/14, 3/28, 4/11 7:30 Virtual public hearing The Shutesbury Planning Board will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, May 9, 2022 at 7:30 PM to consider 2 amendments to the Shutesbury Zoning By-law. The first amendment would replace the current section 10.3-1 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, ESTABLISHMENT, with a new section 10.3-1 which would change the number of Zoning Board members from 3 to 5 and provide for 2 associate members. The second amendment would incorporate Energy Storage Systems (ESS) into Shutesbury’s zoning by: adding a new section 3.3-7; amending the use table; amending definitions; and adding footnotes. Principal Use ESS would not be allowed. Accessory Use ESS would be allowed in some districts. Texts of the proposed amendments are on file with the Town Clerk and may be inspected during normal business hours and will be posted on the Town website. This meeting will be conducted remotely. The connection invitation and instructions on how to connect via Zoom will be available on the Town website (www.shutesbury.org/calendars) at least 48 hours before the meeting.
