Brendhan Zubricki: Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period April 23, 2022 through April 29, 2022, regarding the following: • Strategic Planning Committee Meeting Summary • Board of Public Works Recommendation for Solid Waste Disposal • Route 133 Bridge Replacement Project Update • Conomo Point Seawall Replacement Project Update • School Budget Collaboration Group Meeting Summary • Review of Final Annual Town Meeting Motions OTHER BUSINESS: • Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $. • Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s April 25, 2022, Open Meeting. • Vote to approve and sign the contract with the Massachusetts Cultural Council in the amount of $5,000 for the Essex Cultural Council. • Review and approve changes to the Harbormaster’s work plan. • Review any limitations for occupancy of the Great Marsh Brewery that result from the building code, wastewater design flow, the Town zoning bylaws, or otherwise – all in response to the discussion with the Brewery’s owner and legal counsel at the Board’s meeting of April 25, 2022. • Consider revising the Board’s alcohol regulations to require that a CORI check be performed by the Chief of Police as part of the local application process for any new alcohol license application or any proposal to alter an alcohol license in any way; subject to review by Town Counsel with respect to whether the practice is technically feasible. • Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.
