Retik owners of property located at 28 Hillbrook Lane, The project consists of the removal of the existing garage/storage building and construction of a studio with bathroom on a frost wall foundation, installation of a septic tank and trenching to install a force main along the existing road within the second fifty feet of the Buffer Zone. The leach field for the septic system is outside the Buffer Zone.

The project consists of capping an existing well and installation of a new well in the Riverfront Area.
