5:10 PM/ Map 11 Lot 43:   a public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Mary Robin Ravitch owner of property located at 36 Ophelia Way. The project consists of the establishment and maintenance of  a brush-cut path through the Buffer Zone, an elevated boardwalk and stairs through a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and the construction and maintenance of  a  24’ long fixed pier with ramp, decking and stairs on Old House Pond.  Application to be withdrawn or continued.

5:40 PM/Map 8 Lot 2/SE79-3 : a public hearing to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn, Inc. on behalf of Anna Edey owner of property located at 18 Solviva Road, Assessors. The project consists of the construction of a driveway through the Buffer Zone to access existing structures. See your bylaw regulations Section XVI and read definitions of Vegetated Wetland and   Swamp
