7:30 PM: Meet with Select Board to discuss budgeting plans for FY 2012 and to schedule meetings with Department heads. 8:15: Discussion and Vote on transfer requests for Town House repairs and Hardwick Water expenses. 8:30: Any new issues/requests relevant to the scope of the duties of FinCom
