  FY14 Budget submitted Friday, January 4, 2013.  Meeting scheduled with the Board of Selectmen on Tuesday, February 12 at 9:15 a.m.  Trustee to attend?
  Department Head meeting, Tuesday, February 12 at 9:30 a.m. in the Banquet Hall.
  Don Taft came by to review issue of ADA ramp sinking on the upper level.  We will need to have this reviewed and estimates for improvement. Another update will have to be re-pointing the fireplace. I spoke to Chris Cote regarding these issues, he will submit estimates and timeframes.
  Review current updates to building.  Ron Wassmer will give us estimate. Children’s room: paint, etc. to be funded by Friends of the Library,  and bathroom updates.
  Massachusetts Broadband network segment target completion for Brookfield is scheduled for July 2013.  This is our alternation to Charter.
  Annual Agreement for FY 2013 is signed and submitted for C/WMars.
  Friends of the Library updates:  programs funded by Friends, Music time with Ms. Coro, Babysitting class, and 3 CPR classes.  Jim Hoffey presented free Lawyer for a Night program with great response from attendees.

  Municipal libraries cover on the Municipal Advocate.
