  TOWN OF PETERSHAM CONSERVATION COMMISSION
  PUBLIC HEARING 
  
  In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 22, at 7:00 p.m. at The Town Office Building, 3 South Main Street Petersham, MA  01366 on the Request for Determination of Applicability to Crack Seal cracks in asphalt portion of the following roads, Dugway, Maple Lane, Old East Street, Shaw Road and Popple Camp Road. Some of the roads cross over streams or are in the 100-foot buffer zone of wetland. All work to be performed on the asphalt surface of the road.  A copy of the Request may be inspected prior to the hearing.  All interested persons are invited to attend.
