Comments on the project will be welcome in writing prior to July 23, 2021.  A Certificate on the EENF will be issued on July 30, 2021, which will include a Scope for a Single EIR or a Draft EIR; or include a separate Draft Record of Decision (DROD) proposing to grant a Full Waiver of a mandatory EIR; and a SRP.

An Expanded Environmental Notification Form (EENF) has been submitted to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act (MEPA, 301 CMR 11.00)) Office for this project. The project requires a Mandatory Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and the Proponent has requested a Full Waiver from the requirement of a Mandatory EIR or a Single EIR in lieu of the traditional 2-stage Draft and Final EIR; and a Special Review Procedure (SRP).
