Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40 A, Section 5, this hearing is on the application for a change of use special permit by The Wheelwright LLC, C/o Barton Associates, to allow the reconstruction of the existing structure located at 1776 Barre Road, Hardwick, MA.
