HEARINGS
5:15 PM  An application by Joshua Scott for a Special Permit for setback relief to put up an 8’ cedar vertical board fence to be less than 10’ from his eastern bound.  This will provide screening for his landscaping business, Nyssa, and abutting Vineyard Yoga.  Sect. 4.2-2D4 and 11.2-2 of Zoning Bylaws; Map 16 Lot 104, 22 Cournoyer Rd; Mixed Business District.  No Correspondence so far


5:30 PM  Continuation from April 12 and May 3 of an application by Sprint Spectrum LP to modify a Special Permit: Sprint currently has an existing wireless facility located at 66 Old Courthouse Road,  Map 22 Lot 7 and would like to make modifications.  Sprint proposes to remove and replace the three (3) existing antennas located inside the existing stealth monopole and replace three (3) new antennas and six (6) Remote Radio Heads (RRH).  In order for the proposed equipment to remain concealed, the existing 28” diameter canister must be replaced with a 58” diameter canister.  In addition, Sprint also proposes to add one (1) additional equipment cabinet inside Sprint’s existing equipment shelter located at ground level. Section 8.8-7. RU District.
