Report on the BOS's response to our proposed updated rules and rental rates for use of the Town House.
Consider re-opening the Town House on March 1, 2012.
Consider replacing missing roof shingles from already appropriated funds.
Consider the painting of the cupola at the same time that the chimney is being repaired and the staging is already in place.
