Public Hearing Notices
- The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on
Thursday January 31, 2012 at 6:45 PM. at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA, Conference Room 1 to recommend the acceptance of a formal public way (Cavite Street) to MassDevelopment Board of Directors.  Proposed Right Of Way plans for the formal layout of Cavite Street may be viewed at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
- The Devens Enterprise Commission will conduct a Public Hearing and DEC Meeting on Tuesday January 31, 2012 at 6:45 PM in conference room 1 at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider a Pledge of License for the All-Alcoholic Beverages Liquor License from Devens Inn LLC at the Devens Hilton Garden Inn, located at 59 Andrews Parkway.  A copy of the application may be examined in the Devens Enterprise Commission’s office during normal business hours.
