| Agenda: | 5:00-5:10pm Review Meeting Minutes from previous meetings 5:10 pm Gary Clark’s Landfill Monitors report and Health Agent's landfill update. -5:20pm Board to vote on whether or not to approve having food permits, milk permits and rubbish haulers permits expiration dates to all be on December 31st in order to help BOH save money on postage for renewal notifications and to help with administration organization. Topics of Discussion: -Health Agent set up this year’s Rabies Clinic for Saturday March 26th from 12-2pm at the Barre Plains Fire Station. -Health Agent has reported our QREHC PHER Phase I,II and III grant spending to Worcester Region 2 as requested. -Dr. Pickens will stand in for Health Agent, if the Landfill Advisory Committee should meet before Health Agent’s return. -FY 2012 budget from Finance Committee has been submitted to the BOH.
