5:10 PM/ Map 24 Lot 1/SE79-322:Continuation of a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by the Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank for property known as Waskosims Rock Reservation located at 320 North Road. The applicant proposes to mow, clear and maintain 1.5 acres of Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland in order to create an oak savanna.
5:30 PM/ Map 42 Lot 5/SE 79-323: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Kenneth M. Jones for property located at 70 Tisbury Great Pond owned by Tsissa Inc. The proposed project involves moving approximately 1,000 cubic yards of sand to create a new dune approximately 40’ by 100’ and to plant beach grass.
