The Chatham Historical Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Town Hall Annex, Lower Level - Committee Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.
DISCUSSION & UPDATES:
1. Review and discussion of the application of St. Martin's Lodge for CPA funds. Decision and vote on whether or not to recommend approval to CPC;
2. Review of State decision on grant funds for historic surveys;
3. Discussion and prioritization of the four CPA applications concerning historic preservation to include: historical survey funds; preservation restriction funds; Orpheum Theater and St. Martin's Lodge. Draft letter to CPC.;
4. Update on Mitchell River Bridge;
5. Update on Preservation Awards;
6. Review of 2012 meeting schedule (please be prepared to advise which meetings in the next three months you may not attend);
7. Discussion of goals for CHC for calendar year 2012.
