The Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC) will conduct a Public Hearing on 
Tuesday February 28, 2012 at 6:45 PM in Conference Room 1 at 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA to consider an Amended Site Plan application from Rivermoor Citizens LLC for the 3.0 megawatt solar photovoltaic farm located on a northwest +/-28 acre portion of lot 39-14-100 within the Environmental Business Zone in order to locate panels within the northern portion of the Open Space and Recreation bordering Burlington Auto Parts junkyard within the Devens Regional Enterprise Zone in Devens, MA.  
		  
The application and plans may be viewed at the Town Halls of Ayer, Harvard, Shirley and at the Devens Enterprise Commission office during normal business hours.
