Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations on a Notice of Intent filed by Sourati Engineering Group, Inc. on behalf of Richard & Lee Dubin owners of property located at 94 Norton Farm Road. The project consists of the construction of detached garage. This work will take place in the Riverfront Area.
5: 35 PM/ Map 3 Lot 38/SE79-319: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Falcon Properties, LLC for property located at 59 Capawock Road owned by Pauline S. Kaltenbacher, Trustee. The proposed a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations consists of construction of a driveway, installation of underground utilities and associated site work in the Buffer Zone to serve a new single family dwelling to be constructed outside the Buffer Zone.
