The Chatham Historical Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Town Hall Annex, Lower Level - Committee Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

Application No. 11-007A: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 37 Holway Street, filed by Vath & Higgins Builders, 94A Commerce Park South, South Chatham, MA 02659, for owner 37 Holway Street Realty Trust, c/o Debbie Simmons, 38 Crescent Drive, Princeton, NJ 08450. Modifications to the plans previously accepted by the Commission.
