This is a Parade preparation meeting

6. Parade end - divert some to South Commons, others who must leave to Jones Road, busses on Jones Road. From Jones Road, participants can travel to 290 and points south and east on South Street, or/and north on Jones to Crosby, to left on Linden towards points north or west. Food station & toilet
7. Pursue access through Keyes Rd?
8. Photograph and/or video tape parade?
9. Parade contracts?
