The Chatham Historical Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Tuesday, May 15, 2012 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Town Hall Annex, Lower Level - Committee Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.
CONTINUED HEARING:
Application No. 12-006: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to the Notice of Intent to Demolish a Historic Building or Structure located at 36 Sears Point Road, filed by William F. Riley, Esq., P.O. Box 707, Chatham, MA 02633, for owner David Rogers, 326 A Street, Apt. 4C, Boston, MA 02210-1722.
HEARINGS:
Application No. 12-007: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 606 Orleans Road, filed by William F. Riley, Esq., P.O. Box 707, Chatham, MA 02633, for owner Joan Van Nest, P.O. Box 155, Chatham, MA 02633. The applicant proposes to elevate the structure so that a first floor can be installed above the 100-year flood plane, and add a connector to a one car garage with living space on the second level.
