Public Hearing: November 29 at 7pm at
Shirley Town Office regarding the
proposed redevelopment of Vicksburg
Square at Devens. Trinity Financial's
proposal calls for the rehabilitation
of the historic quadrangle into 246
units of rental housing and the
relocation of the Fort Devens Museum
to the historic theatre at the site.
The proposal includes housing for
seniors, families and a preference for
Veterans and active military. The
proposal will be the subject of a
Super Town Meeting vote in the towns
of Harvard, Shirley and Ayer in
February 2012. The purpose of the
hearings is to provide interested
parties with an opportunity to comment
on proposed changes to the Reuse Plan
nd Zoning By-Laws for the Devens
Regional Enterprise Zone.
