5: 10 PM /Map 12 Lot 5.12: a public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Alan B. and Lynn E. Retik owners of property located at 28 Hillbrook Lane, The project consists of the removal of the existing garage/storage building and construction of a studio with bathroom on a frost wall foundation, installation of a septic tank and trenching to install a force main along the existing road within the second fifty feet of the Buffer Zone. The leach field for the septic system is outside the Buffer Zone.
