The Hardwick Zoning Board of Appeals will continue a public hearing pursuant to MGL, C.40A, s.11 & 15  to act on the application of New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T).
The Applicant is petitioning the Zoning Board of  Appeals to grant a variance from the provisions of the Hardwick Zoning By-laws, Section 12.3(4)(b) – “Wireless Communication Facilities” for a proposed 180’ monopole to be set back less then 800’ feet from the centerline of Thresher Rd., on property owned by the Hardwick Rod  & Gun Club, located at 59 Thresher Rd., Hardwick, Worcester County, Assessor Map 9, Lot 4 in the R-60 Zone.
