Tighe & Bond for 116 New Athol Rd.
7:30p.m. – Public Hearing; Review of a Special Permit and Site Plan Review Application for JLB Orange, LLC, for the property located at 116 New Athol Rd.(Map 115, Lot 10), for construction of a grocery-anchored shopping center with a total of approx. 125,679 square feet of retail space.
DISCUSSIONS:
1.)Discussion of the Board to write a letter of support requested by Chris Starr in regards to the proposed housing development in the former Carroll’s Market and Erving Papers Mills building; letter of support for application to DHCD for 9% federal tax credits and support to be in favor of the concept of re-development of the property.

Continuation of discussion in regards to implementation of a Standard Fee Schedule
