1.  Reading and acceptance of minutes from previous meetings.
2. James Meehan will update the EDIC regarding ongoing activities regarding the retail development in progress at the Business Park.
3.  The committee will discuss ongoing efforts by the EDIC to bring town water infrastructure to the Business Park on Templeton Rd.  Specifically, ongoing efforts to obtain DIF financing and possible bond issues will be discussed. 
4.  Member’s concerns:  A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol.
