The Chatham Historical Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 beginning at 9:00 AM at the Town Hall Annex, Lower Level - Committee Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.
HEARINGS:
Application No. 12-015: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 71 Seaview Street, filed by Thomas Damelio, 16 White Birch Way, West Barnstable, MA 02668, for owners Ed & Joan Casabian, 193 South Drive, Bridgewater, MA 02324. The applicant proposes to demolish the existing porch and replace with a new porch.
Application No. 12-016: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 831 Orleans Road, filed by Chatham Marconi Maritime Center, PO Box 421, North Chatham, MA 02650, for owner Town of Chatham, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633. The applicant proposes to renovate the interior of the structure and add an ADA complaint entrance to the East side of the building.
Application No. 12-017: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 141 Absegami Run, filed by Robert Evans, 21 Governor Bradford Road, Brewster, MA 02631, for owners Amy & Tony Tutrone, 12 Sunnybrea Place, Bronxville, NY 10708. The applicant proposes to renovate the interior of the structure, demolish a portion of the dwelling and add additions.
CONTINUED HEARING:
Application No. 12-014: To be heard in accordance with Chapter 158 (Demolition Delay Bylaw) of the Town of Chatham General Bylaws, pursuant to Notice of Intent of Partial Demolition of a Historic Building or Structure located at 150 Barcliff Avenue, filed by Jeremy Duckett, 1956 Briarmill Road, Atlanta, GA 30329. The applicant proposes to demolish a portion of the existing dwelling and add an addition to the rear of the structure.
