The following hearings held by the Chatham Conservation Commission are in accordance with the provisions of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Ch 131, s 40), and the Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw (Chapter 272).
The following applicant has filed a Request for Determination of Applicability:
123 Oceanport Lane, James Calheno: Proposed 17” x 12” three-season room addition on the south side of the dwelling at 123 Oceanport Lane, Assessors Map 9B parcel G31. Requires a Special Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)
