New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Financing of Land Bank Acquisitions
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its July 2, 2012 meeting, its discussion of acquisition financing.
2. Agency Policy: Processing of the Transfer Fee
The Land Bank Commission will review draft amendments to this policy, most recently amended at its September 14, 2009 meeting.
3. Agency Policy: Public Use of Land Bank Properties
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft policy defining the types of uses which are to be permitted on its properties.
