Information for Meeting of TOWN CLERK

The Office of the Town Clerk located at the Muhnicipal Building in Gilbertville will be open on Friday, August 17, 2012 from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm for the following purposes:

1. to register person who wish to vote or change their party affiliation for the State Primary Election to be held on Thursday, September 6, 2012. Mail in voter registration forms will be recieved in the town clerk office after the 8/17/12 deadline to register to vote if the post mark is dated 8/17/12 or earlier.

2. To register persons who wish to vote in the Special Town Meeting of Monday, August 27, 2012, 6:00 pm at the Muicipal Building in Gilbertville. Mail in voter registration forms will be recieved in the office of the Town Clerk after the 8/17/12 deadline if the post mark is dated 8/17/12 or earlier. 

Voter registration forms are available in the lobby of the Municipal Building during regular businees hours and on line at http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleifv/howreg.htm
