Master Plan Discussion

Review meeting notes; and comment on any new developments or changes.

a)	BPCD committee discusses the next phase for working on master plan.
b)      Discuss CDBG briefly 
c)      Downtown Initiative Grant due November 15, 2013  
d)      Comments on draft Downtown Revitalization Plan 
      1) In particular: the Downtown Sign & Façade topic, as it relates to BOTH the CDBG and Downtown Initiative Grant.
e)      DIF District Improvement Financing Plan
