BPCD_August 8th, 2012
1). Open meeting-
Call meeting to order.

2). Review Minutes-
Minutes are read, questions, corrections, amendments are discussed; motion to approve minutes is made; vote is taken
		
3). Discussion: 
Master Plan Status; Moving forward on remainder of Chapters in Master Plan Document

4). Old Business-
Review meeting notes; and comment on any new developments or changes.

5). New Business-

a). Reorganization of BPCD (choose Chairman, vice chairman and secretary)
b). Think of ways to increase BPCD membership
c). To increase outreach to public, work on advertising for new members; use surveys or questionnaires to answer (survey, monkey mechanism)
d). Master Plan Completion
e). Status of Housing Chapter (Mike Valeri will be attending the meeting to discuss his progress on Housing in Athol).
f). Examine or look at how other towns approach open space, historical aspects of their town, etc
g). Introduce and meet new Town Manager
h). Discuss David Ames departure, and thank you for his service to the BPCD.
i). Public Input: Regarding Solar Project at Adams Farm; removal of trees, impact of project to surrounding areas.

6). Updates-
	Committee updates discussed.

7). Next Meeting-
	Topics for next committee meeting discussed.

8). Adjournment-
	Meeting adjourned; agenda for next meeting created.
