Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Baumhofer Builders on behalf of Kate & Geoffrey Lauprete, leaseholders of property located at 71 Tisbury Lane. The project consists of site work associated with the renovation of an existing accessory structure located in the Buffer Zone.
