Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn Inc. on behalf of Breckenridge Montague, owner of property located at 314 Lambert’s Cove Road,. The project consists of the replacement of a cesspool with a new Title V septic system to serve an existing single-family dwelling.
